This weekly practice consists of slow paced, accessible movements followed by a yoga nidra guided meditation. Yoga nidra, or “yogic sleep,” guides practitioners into a deep state of conscious relaxation. It’s been shown to be effective in regulating the nervous system, reducing anxiety and stress. Comfortable dress, blankets, and pillows recommended.
