Wednesday Night Winddown

**These drop-in classes will pick back up in May & June. Stay tuned for an updated Zoom link. No registration is necessary.

This weekly practice consists of slow paced, accessible movements followed by a yoga nidra guided meditation. Yoga nidra, or “yogic sleep,” guides practitioners into a deep state of conscious relaxation. It’s been shown to be effective in regulating the nervous system, reducing anxiety and stress. Comfortable dress, blankets, and pillows recommended.

A donation of at least $5 per class is requested and can be made to St. John’s Center for Spiritual Formation via PayPal (@sjcenter) OR @Dee-Duren (Venmo) or @DeeDuren (PayPal).

Join our newly forming monthly meditation group. For all who identify as Black, Indigenous or Person of Color and interested in developing or deepening a meditative practice.

30 minutes of meditation. Limited instruction available.

Facilitated by Danielle Miner-Burney, Tulsa based Licensed Professional Counselor and meditation practitioner of fifteen years.
